Welcome to Phillip McCallen and Jeremy McWilliams Riding Skills Academy.
The first event took place at Kirkistown on the 11th September 2011 and was thoruoughly enjoyed by all the riders that attended.
The day consisted of four track sessions for each of the riding groups; novice, intermediate and advanced. Each group rode with several instructors, including Jeremy McWilliams, Phillip McCallen, Adrian Coates and members of the Bike Safe team.
Running multiple instuctors helped to ensure that each rider benefited from tailored tuition and individual feedback both during and at the end of each session.
Throughout the course of the day mechanics were on hand to allow participants to make any last minute adjustments or change tyres.
Total beginners also benefited on the day by being able to 'Get On' under the supervison of a DOE approved instructor, allowing participants to get an insight into what like is like on two wheels by testing out a range of machines including the new 125cc KTM Duke.
